These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of velmaron.com and purchases from Velmaron. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Products and information
We aim to describe products, colors, dimensions, materials, compatibility, and availability accurately. Screen settings and natural material variation can affect appearance. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and available currencies are displayed on the store and confirmed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, and duties are handled as described at checkout and in our Payment & Billing Policy. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted with your order.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and remedies for delays, damage, defects, or non-conforming goods are subject to those policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the store to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or access the store by unauthorized automated means, submit false information, commit fraud, or harass others. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the store or its users.
Intellectual property
The store design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Velmaron and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.
Third-party services and links
Shopify and other providers support the store. Third-party websites, payment services, carriers, and applications are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, Velmaron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively alter accepted orders unless required by law.
